PTO Hot Lunch FAQs
Q: I didn’t receive the school password for Boonli. Where is it?
A: When you complete the purchase for PTO membership on our website, you will almost instantly receive an email with the subject “Thank you for joining Montvale PTO!” that contains the school password. Check your junk/spam folders if you do not see it. If you’re still having issues, email us for more help.
Q: Do I need to print lunch tickets?
A: Boonli does not have a way to print lunch tickets the way we have done in past years on the PTO website. As of now, we are planning to keep everything paperless, but if anything changes we will certainly keep all parents informed.
Q: Why is ordering only open through October?
A: We expect to make periodic adjustments to the menu based on ordering patterns and parent/student feedback.. Opening orders for shorter periods at a time gives us more flexibility to make changes down the line.
Q: What happens if my child is absent?
A: If your child has a planned absence that you know about in advance, you can easily cancel an order up until 11:59pm Saturday for the upcoming week. Unfortunately, we cannot take cancellations once orders have been sent to the vendors each Sunday morning.
Q: Why can’t I order for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays?
A: Tuesday-Thursday hot lunch orders are handled by an outside vendor, Cornerstone, through their own website. This is separate from the PTO and Boonli.
